Please note that there is active logging on
the Akolkolex Forest Service Road.
This is a radio controlled road. The
radio frequency is 153.320.
There is also active longing around Paint
Lake. This road is also radio
controlled. The frequency for this
road is 156.240.
It is unsafe to travel on these roads
without radio communication.
IT IS ILLEGAL TO OPERATE A SNOWMOBILE ON A
PLOWED LOGGING ROAD. FOREST COMPLIANCE
AND ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS WILL BE CHECKING.
VIOLATORS WILL BE CHARGED.
In the event of a emergency please use
FRS/GMRS- Channel #4 for Revelstoke Search
and Rescue.

Trail passes are
available at the Boulder Mountain Parking Lot, the West Entrance
Toll Booth, and the Frisby Parking Lot (past Glacier House
Resort).
Trail Passes - $15.00 per day.
